Gas Stoves Are Relics Of A Bygone Era

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is weighing further regulations on them.

Gas stoves emit dangerous levels of toxic chemicals that pump pollutants into the air, causing countless respiratory illnesses and playing a direct role in over 13% of childhood asthma cases. The public health threat they pose, as well as the amount they contribute to the ongoing climate crisis, means something has to be done. 

While regulation could take on a variety of approaches, what we really need to push for is the safest option for our health and the planet: a full ban on gas stoves.

Call on the CPSC and demand they ban gas stoves!
